I just got an 08 Ninja EX250.

Nothing special, just something to start learning on before moving big. Hope to learn from you guys and by the way my name is Long and I'm in Lincoln. I was referred to this website by a member from Starcityracing.com (Burnt). Also I'm currently looking for a helmet and if anyone of you have a spare one that you don't need or one laying around that you need to get rid of, please sell it to me. I don't have a lot of money so I would like to buy a used one for now.

Did you buy the ninjette new? Just curious as to why you didn't buy a cheap used one if you plan to upgrade soon.

I didn't get it new. Actually I would never get it new, Starcity Motorsports would raped me on the price. I've been looking for one for the whole summer, checkign craigslist everyday and a lot of ninja 250s that are 5 or 6 years old still asking for like $2800-$3500 and I think that's too much. I got a good deal on this one so I jumped on it.

How much you pick it up for? I got my 08 500r for $4439.. But i work at Kawasaki, lol.
