2 stroke, im not sure. been over 80, no thats way to fast for me. im not to sure what a "burnout" is, so im guessing no. as far as the original bolts, i have never replaced any so i would assume yes. and shipping, we can work something out it prolly oinly like $10, its only .30 cents to send a letter.
