FS Dirt bike PICS UP

2007 Baja motorsports 70cc dirt bike. 4 stroke motor. Its red, and looked pretty much teh same as a honda.
It needs a new rear wheel. The spokes are loose/missing on teh current one. Im not sure if its bent or not. The front rim has a little flat spot on it but it still holds air
It also needs handlebars/throttle cable/carb needle.

I bought it with plans to fix it and ride it, BUT like most projects i start, i lose motivation. It has been sitting in my garage for a while now
