Thinking about making bike into a streetfighter....

Ok bought this 95 rf 600 for $125. Got a few things need to find problem to get running again. Side fairings are gone and the front fairing has been chopped up and turn signals are even weleded to some crappy homemade bracket. It is a decent bike could get $1000 bucks out of. But I started to pop wheelies on my 98 750 and the 95 600 is alot smaller and would have better control over. Maybe a bigger sprocket, and rip of that front fairing.. anyone got any ideas what I should do?
