WTB: pocket bike/dirtbike parts

Anyone have a pull start for a 49cc pocket bike?
AND/OR
A rear wheel (drum brake) for a dirt bike. Either 10 inch or 12. Something that'll fit a 70cc. Handle bars, carb, and/or throttle handle and throttle cable. The bike i have is a 2007 Baja 70cc dirt runner.
