well the whole thought of racing on a bike scares me. so i'll still be there to do it but i'm not a huge fan of it.

Just be safe man. Don't push yourself too hard, if you lose just practice some more and race again.

eh r6 is a track bike not a 1/4 mile bike so if i lose i will just sell my bike and buy a harley.

A harley is not a 1/4 mile bike either lol. Your R6 should win pending you are a good rider. It is mostly going to be a rider race. I think Jim is new at launching also as I had to wait for him when we raced :P Launching is a pain in the ass to get down. I had it down pretty good then I added a sprocket and relearned, then added another sprocket and relearned again lol.

You guys should film it also so we have more videos expecially since I am in Kearney now :( Most of the guys here ride GSXR and Yami. :S They don't really race either. I have seen 3 05+ 600s and 1 05+ 1000 GSXR's here so far that all look almost identical and all ride together lol.

sarcasm my good man but yes it will be a rider race and jim is a better rider. it should be interesting on the days i go out i do practice launching every once and awhile. just got to remember yami has high end so a 15k shift won't hurt the power band. otherwise i'll be like every other newb and shift at 12k.
