2000 Daytona 955i

Well last October I went down cause of a woman driver on a Harley. Long story short, we were going to pass them, they hit the brakes and made a left in front of us with no blinker. I hit the brakes but my tires washed out in the gravel. Screwed up a lot of plastic body work but no major damage. Local Shops quoted us $5400. The womans insurance company was not going to pay for shit. :evil: So over the winter I started collecting parts I needed to fix it. Here are pics of it all messed up.

Well it is now April and we finally got most of the parts in and back from paint. I came home to put it all together.

The color seems a bit darker then before. I still think it looks awesome. :) We are now waiting on the nose piece. Once we get that back I can put on the other pieces and will take some more pictures.

Oh its road ready, I had it out today for a little over an hour. We rode from Omaha through ashland, southbend, and louisville then back to Omaha. Was a nice ride :)

nope not a cent. Its because I was behind her so apparently I have the last attempt to avoid the accident. So its my fault she is retarded. :D

Well my mom took the camera with her when she left to go visit the relatives. So I cant take pictures yet. I did order a new wind screen, frame sliders, new front turn signals so once those get here and I get them on I will take a few pics.

Then after that its time to start saving for my undertail. :)

Future plans are a Stubby exhaust cause the undertail is $1750.

The tail fairing looks cool.. not too crazy about the nose. But it looks good! How does it feel to have a complete bike? lol

feels great to have all the fairings on. Its amazing how much easier it is to ride on the interstate with a nose fairing and a windscreen. lol

haha yea that picture does look like a puppy

I should get the fender eliminator still this season but I need to buy all now tires for it pretty soon. So the tires will come first.
