miles on sprockets

how many miles can u go on stock sprockets on the 05-6 636

honestly it depends on how well you maintain your chain and sprocket as far a proper lubrication, if there is any rust, if the sprocket and chain has been abused often (excessive acceleration and speed) etc. etc. I have heard of people changing it around 10k but i have also heard of people changing it around 20k and sometimes higher. It really depends.

stock sprockets can go as long as 20K with proper maintenance. Guys on 600rr.net have gone a long ways without changing theirs.
