01 zx6 carbs

a buddy of mine just bought an 01 zx6 from his cousin and were having some problems with the carbs...
from what we were told his cousin and friend removed the carbs and took them apart and cleaned them, now were havin trouble gettin the bike to run correct. even run at all sometimes. the gas was left on and the crank was full of gas when we got the bike. we pulled the carbs of and the number 2 cylinder, i believe, runner was full of gas, as well as the other cylinders.
where would be the best place to take to have the carbs looked at/fixed and about how much would it cost? anyone have any ideas of what is/could be wrong?

Well your float is either stuck or they forgot to put something in! You can just take them to star city or lincoln cycle, or bring them over sometime and ill work on them. I charge half of what star city does

the floats look fine, or might jus not know what im realy doin.
where would i take them for you to take a look at them?
