No, the ones ive seen are like a lever type deal. You push down on the handle and the little wheels on the stand slide under your swing arm and lift the rear tire.

yes i understand this but before you put the bike on the stand when you have to hold it straight up do you have any problems with that?

i dont, i just hold onto my tail, was easy when i had the strap for my rear seat to hold on to... but still done it with the cowl

you can line it up fairly well while its still on the kickstand then just bump it up while holding onto the opposite side of the tail

Get a center stand.. its easy for me to put my bike up.. center stand, then some 11" blocks under the front fork, and the bike is off the ground, lol.

well i'm going to be having someone make a few and i was just wondering if we could make it an easier one man job to "stand" your bike.
Would tie downs help at all?

like a ratcheting strap? if he is making some for you just have him weld tom tabs on the sides so you can hook a ratcheting strap up if your worried about it.

Those hydraulic bike lifts would be sweet to have.

we are making some for sale. We need something that sticks out. all stands are the same so i'm trying to find a way to modify ours to make them more user friendly All feedback is great. don't just think of it as me. think of it as YOU, what would YOU like

Oh, I misread the original post I thought you were buyiing/making a set for yourself and were wanting our ideas.
Would you make a SSSA version?

the version is resembled off of the Vortex one. its a lot bigger and stronger tho. still the same size in general has bigger wheels. is for spools right now but will be able to get both.
I really want to get a feel for what you would want in a stand and if you would need one. The more people we find to buy this the less you pay as the customer.

those must be added by the purchaser due to legal issues with the batteries not being made by us. we don't want to pay the royalties
