well its probably the stator. but i don't have a multimeter and am horrible with electrical problems . . . so i'd rather just take it some where and get it right the first time.

i've already spend 80 on a new battery and 75 on an RR

well if you buy a stator its no harder than putting it in and filling the oil. just take it somewhere and have it checked out.
